So there I was. Proof of Karma in my hands, first hand experience. None of that second hand crap. This was fresh hands, I mean proof. Lemme explain a wee bit about this.
So I was in class, huge lecture hall, right? Right. Test day, Right? Need a scantron. Nuts. My buddy Sam ain't there yet. I go to the bookstore. I think, He probably forgot to get a scantron too. I get in grab two. Pay for them. As I pay for it, a horde of people comes in. I feel lucky, pay and get out. As I'm going back to class, a guy from class sees the line and says, some thing like I'll never make class with that line, "Do you have any extra scantron?" I say yeah. It cost me forty cents apiece. he offers to pay for it, I say nah, it's all cool.
Flash a couple hours later.
I'm hungry. If you have been reading me, I get hungry a lot, and then I need to consume food. I'm actually very hungry as I write this, but that's another matter. So there I am, in the "caff" as they say. I have only three dollars, cause of other reasons. I have some change, but not much. Like, 6 cents. Anyway, I didn't know that when I select a nice chicken melt thingy for 3.25, plus tax. Ok, I can make it. I go up, and there is the guy I gave my extra scantron to. Hey. Hey. But I'm short 50 cents, essentially. Oh, I can take care that, cause I'm the evidence of Karma coming to you like a flash of light from the heavens, he says. He gives me two quarters and it's a done deal. Wow!
Anyway, I still don't believe in direct Karma, but the more good thinks you do for other people, the more they do for other people, and that means you as well. Anyway, that's my story for today.
